Mgr. Monika Valová
I am the heart of Steamy. I help women in their important milestones in life, especially during pregnancy, during and after birth, by lactation and children’s education, and also in partnership. I am a lector of female herbal steaming. I support women to be perceptive to them, to find a place in their life and to allow relaxing. I am the first certificated provider of the vaginal steaming within Peristeam Hydrotherapist Institute. I help this technique to be known by raising public awareness, giving lectures, publishing articles and also by Steamy products themselves, which allow women to experience personally the effects of the female herbal steaming. I will be happy to advise you personally what kind of steaming is right for you and I will help you to set a therapy plan with a specific herbal blend. I am the head of Steamy. I secure the smooth running of our whole brand by dedicating to run a business, development and production. I expand and materialize my wife’s ideas for new products and designs. My main motivation is meaningfulness, sustainability, authenticity and vision of women's herbal steaming as a commonplace and natural technique that accompanies women throughout their lives.

S přirozeným růstem Steamy jsme jednoho dne zjistili, že už nestíháme, a že pokud si nepoprosíme o pomoc, přestaneme naši práci dělat s radostí. Zároveň jsme ale také nechtěli do svého bylinkového prostředí pozvat jen tak někoho a popravdě Gábinka byla první a jedinou volbou, kterou jsme si přáli v týmu mít. A protože jsme šťastlivci, kývla nám nejdříve na zkoušku, a už s námi od roku 2022 zůstala. Gábinka stojí za tím, že vám přijdou balíčky krásně zabalené a je v nich to, co si skutečně objednáte. Zároveň dává pozor na sklad a na zpracovávání bylinných balíčků a doplňků. Vyřizuje objednávky, píše vám spolu s Martinem krásná přání, a protože nás umí nahradit, můžeme si občas vzít dovolenou, vydechnout a mít stále rádi to, co nám roste pod rukama.

Sisinka má zlaté a tvořivé ruce, které pro Steamy šijí nádherné barevné tašky na Gazellky, napařovací pláště a drobný spotřební textil. Vše s pečlivostí a smyslem pro detail dovádí k dokonalosti.
Lenka Holotňáková
Lenka je průvodkyně žen v době těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí. Léčebná pedagožka, studentka fyzioterapie, žačka Marissy Alcalá a Angeliny Martinez. Poskytuje péči, prevenci a vzdělávání týkající se ženského zdraví z celostního pohledu (www.svetluska.sk). Zastupuje Steamy na Slovensku nejen obchodně (www.ellinor.sk), ale také představuje ženskou bylinnou napářku ve slovenských porodnicích.

Hanka Antošová, Dis.
I am a phytotherapist, a therapist of Traditional Chinese Medicine, an acupuncturist, a masseuse and a yoga instructor. In the Steamy team, I connect the wisdom of East and West and show women holistic view of their health. I offer care consisting in combination of female herbal steaming with acupuncture or massage which a woman can indulge in my salon.
