Raspberry leaf: 150g

The raspberry leaf is drunk by women from the 32nd week of pregnancy for tonifying the uterus and in the sixth week of pregnancy to promote its cleansing. But above all, and this is little known, its daily sipping is very beneficial in a woman's daily life as a support for the proper functioning of the hormonal system, for painful menstruation and to alleviate it, or to promote fertility.

It can also be drunk during breastfeeding. Moreover, raspberry supports lactation. It has almost no side effects and can be taken for a long time without the need for a break. It can also be gargled for toothaches or drunk for diarrhoeal diseases. It can also be drunk by children in feverish conditions.

The main components and active substances of raspberry include tannins, phenolic compounds (ellagic acid, flavonoids), vitamins (vitamin C, vitamin E), minerals (potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium) and aromatic substances. This combination of active substances contributes to anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiseptic effects, promotes digestion, strengthens the immune system and has overall beneficial effects on health.

Quantity per pack: 150 g, loose (enough for approx. 40-50 doses)

Preparation instructions: Pour 1 heaped tablespoon of the herb (3-4 g) over 0.5 L of boiling water, let stand for 10 minutes in a covered container, then strain.

TIP: It tastes best lukewarm, but you can brew it in a thermos in the morning and sip it warm throughout the day.
