Herbs for steaming for women preparing for natural conception – during the first half of the menstrual cycle, up to ovulation. During IVF, from the end of menstruation until the day of frozen embryo transfer (FET).
Intimate herbal steaming is a traditional method of caring for the female body that, through the effect of herbal warmth on the lower abdomen, can become part of your mindful preparation for conception. Some IVF centres in the Czech Republic currently use its benefits, with steaming serving as a complement to comprehensive care for women trying to conceive. This practice combines traditional wisdom with the sensitive approach of modern medicine and allows a woman to take an active part in the assisted reproduction process.
Some women see steaming as a regular self-care ritual through which they consciously turn towards their bodies and create space to prepare for new life. Through gentle warmth directed at the intimate area, they develop a deeper connection with their bodies.
An original herbal blend developed by Mgr. Monika Valová, drawing on the principles of pharmacognosy, intended for caring for women preparing for conception during the first half of the menstrual cycle. Women can use the steaming blend whether they are trying to conceive naturally or with the help of assisted reproduction methods. It combines herbs traditionally used in women's care (lady's mantle, yarrow and red clover) with aromatic rose and jasmine flowers. Together, they form a harmonious whole for relaxation and care for the pelvic area, and support the harmony of the female cycle.
Once the herbal decoction has cooled, you can use it in an intimate douche, for rinses or for sitz baths.
The blend is intended for regular steaming according to a woman's feelings and needs during the first half of the menstrual cycle when preparing for natural conception. During the second half of the cycle, gentle steaming can be continued with the Love blend.
During IVF, we recommend steaming with the Fertility support blend daily from the end of menstruation until frozen embryo transfer (FET).
