PROCEDURE
After herbal steaming:
After finishing the herbal steaming, put the spa package in the flannel and use it repeatedly as a herbal compress to protect the perineum..
Direct use:
Put the spa package with herbal blend in the flannel, pour hot water over it and after cooling to a comfortable temperature use as a herbal compress. Repeat as necessary.
